NAVRATRI OFFER

Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited is conducting a promotion called “Navratri Offer” (“the promotion”). The promotion is specially designed to enhance the fun experience of customers by way of adding value to the choices of a customer at our restaurants by giving him/her the option to select a combo of his/her choice. The Navratri offer is applicable for customers who visit any McDonald’s Family Restaurants (hereinafter referred to as “restaurants” or “the restaurants”) located in the states of Gujarat, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh operated by Hardcastle Restaurants Private Limited (“HRPL”) and its franchisee.

The promotion is as under:

The promotion will be valid from 20th September 2019 until 10th October 2019.
The promotion is specially designed to enhance the fun experience of customer, wherein a customer, will have an opportunity, to avail the offer of a) McVeggie Combo comprising 2 McVeggie, 2 Regular Coke, 1 Medium Fries and 1 pair of Dandiya Sticks @Rs.309 (in case of Medium Coke 299), b) McAloo Tikki Combo comprising of 2 McAloo Tikki, 2 Regular Coke, 1 Medium Fries and 1 pair of Dandiya @Rs.269 and c) McSpicy Paneer Combo comprising of 2 McSpicy Paneer, 2 Medium Coke, 1 Medium Fries and 1 pair of Dandiya Sticks @Rs.399/-.
All the abovementioned prices are subject to change at the sole discretion of HRPL.
All prices are inclusive of GST.
The promotion is valid only in certain states of India i.e. Gujarat, Chattisgarh and Madhya Pradesh.
Any Beverage offered under the offer does not include Diet Coke/Coke Zero.
The offer can be withdrawn by HRPL at any time and without assigning any reason whatsoever.
The offer is not valid on McDelivery and McDonald’s App.
All food products/items including the food products offered under the offer can be purchased independently at the regular menu prices without having to participate in the promotion. For menu prices, please refer to the restaurant menu board.
Participation in the offer implies acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the offer mentioned herein.
HRPL reserves the right to revise the prices of its food products including the promotion prices at any point of time.
All instructions, rules and conditions on any advertising or promotional materials relating to the offer form part of these provisions, provided that in the event of any conflict or inconsistency, the provisions as contained herein shall prevail over all such other instructions, rules and conditions.
The offer is not valid in conjunction with any other Offer/Scheme/Promotion.
There is no limit to the number of orders placed by any single customer.
HRPL reserves the right to change / modify / extend / terminate the offer/discontinue the promotion at its discretion and without prior notice and without assigning any reasons for the same.
In case of any dispute or difference in respect of the offer, the decision of HRPL shall be final and binding on all concerned.
HRPL shall not be liable if the offer cannot be availed by Customers due to unavailability of any product at the restaurants.
The offer is subject to force majeure conditions including acts of God, strikes, war, riots, change of law, statutory prohibitions/ restrictions.
The offer is subject to the jurisdiction of competent court/s at Mumbai alone.
